Case Study #3: Fasada and Superior Window Films

Fasada specializes in providing residential windows, doors, shutters and blinds.  During the 2009 recession they prepared themselves for the worst, knowing that consumers would have less money to spend on home upgrades.  They expected a 20% decrease in profits during the recession.

However, due to their effective internet marketing campaign which focused on a new website that used conversion architecture, a pay per click campaign and aggressive search engine optimization they were able to actually increase profits during the economic downturn.

In fact, Fasada saw a 30% increase (hundreds of thousands of dollars) during the 2009 recession.  The biggest driving force behind their success was their internet marketing strategy.

Superior Window Films install residential and commercial window films and treatments.  They decided to use internet marketing and invested in the design of a new website, pay per click ad campaigns and search engine optimization.

In a short period of time they began seeing dramatic results from their internet marketing campaign and in March 2009 they experienced the best March the company had ever had.  In a time of economic uncertainty and downturn when consumers were spending less Superior Window Films was able to increase their business and profits.

Ultimately, they attribute their success to the website, which allowed them to rise above their competition.
