Blind Advantage Takes Advantage of Search Traffic

Blind Advantage provides clients with high quality window treatments and exceptional customer service in Burlington and surrounding areas. Working with the WSI team over the past year Blind Advantage has focused on increasing their search engine traffic, enhancing their SEO efforts and starting to grow their social media presence.  So far, their efforts have yielded excellent results!

Compared to a year ago, in May 2012:

  • Search traffic is up 86.3%
  • Organic search grew 460.7% – from 89 to 499!
  • Paid search grew 25.1% from 545 to 682

The interesting aspect for Blind Advantage when it comes to converting search traffic into certified leads is that most of their walk in traffic reports having found the company online.  This corresponds with the conversion numbers for May which don’t show a huge increase from the previous year (and don’t track foot traffic).  This leads WSI Milton to believe that walk-in visits are the preferred method of engagement for these customers.  It’s likely that for this industry people aren’t interested in phoning or filling out a form. Instead, if they like the website they will visit the store and look at their window coverings in person.
